All surgeries are real RimWorld bills — your colony doctors will handle them (with the usual risk of oopsies: scars, pain, or worse 😬).

Command Syntax

Implants / Bionics !surgery [left/right] [quantity] text- <implant name>: anything in your Rimazon store that's surgical (case-insensitive)

• [left/right]: optional — for arms, eyes, legs, ears, etc.
• [quantity]: 1–2 (most limbs max 2, defaults to 1)

Special Cosmetic Surgeries !surgery textNo side or quantity needed — just the magic words!

How It Works (Behind the Scenes)

1. You type the command → coins deducted 💸
2. Implant spawns in pawn inventory (if applicable)
3. Surgery bill added to pawn's queue 🩺
4. Blue letter invoice sent to colony (with emotes!) 📜
5. Doctors do the thing (risk of failure exists)
6. Success → dramatic change + DidSurgery tale 🎭
