Event Command
The !event command allows viewers to trigger various in-game incidents using channel points or virtual currency. This creates dynamic, interactive storytelling moments that respond directly to chat participation.
Basic Usage:
!event <event_name>

Streamers can configure all available events through the Events Editor in the mod settings:
- ✅ Enable/Disable Events - Toggle which events are available to viewers
- 💰 Customize Costs - Set individual event prices (75¢ - 7,500¢ range)
- 🎪 Event Categories - Organize by resource, weather, psychic, animal, and medical events
- ⏰ Cooldown Limits - Set maximum uses per stream period for good/bad/neutral events
The system automatically filters unsuitable events:
- 🚫 Caravan-only events excluded

- 🧪 Test/debug events hidden
- 🛸 Mod events auto-disabled for safety (can be manually enabled)

Global limits per stream period:
- 😊 Good Events - Configurable limit (default: 5)
- 😠 Bad Events - Configurable limit (default: 3)
- 😐 Neutral Events - Configurable limit (default: 10)
Cooldown messages show: ❌ GOOD event limit reached! (5/5 used this period)

- Karma earned = Cost ÷ 100 (rounded)
- Example: 500¢ event → +5 karma
- Budget planning: Check costs before spending!
- Watch colony needs - Drop resources when supplies low
- Consider weather - Don't stack multiple weather events
- Check streamer situation - Avoid events during crises
- Coordinate with chat - Plan event combinations
