Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a Zenodo reference for atlas data and reorganizes the atlas documentation section. The main purpose is to provide users with a direct link to the atlas collection hosted on Zenodo for easier access.
- Added Zenodo record link (https://zenodo.org/records/15927391) as the primary source for atlases
- Consolidated BraTS challenge atlas information into a single bullet point
- Converted custom atlas support information from bullet point to a note callout format
