Documentation for atlas situation

Probably we should document this atlas situation somewhere and we also need some documentation in the future.

We will probably not remember the difference between these atlases in the more distant future.

@neuronflow + @MarcelRosier, I am happy to add details in the Readme.

1. I read into both atlases (number + details of subjects, which modality, tissue probability maps, anatomical labels etc., they have)

2. So I would add in the Readme in the section "Atlas Reference ", which atlases are used, including some details about them? If we need other characteristics than those mentioned in 1), please let me know.

3. Is it sufficient to describe these atlases´ BraTs version as slightly modified (like in the comment within the code)? If that's the case, where can I find infos about it?

@MarcelRosier and I discussed and we believe the BraTS orchestrator paper / package documentation are the right place to discuss the BraTS specific atlases
