Pull request overview
This PR updates the Rolldown event metrics collection to stop filtering out short/unchanged hook calls, so hook timing/content data is captured more completely for module build analysis.
Changes:
- Removed the duration-based filtering threshold constant.
- Always record
HookLoadCallEndmetrics (even when content is empty/unchanged). - Always record
HookTransformCallEndmetrics (even when content is unchanged).
