  1. All weapon range changes from 1.6 to 1.76 are due to considering other platforms where GTA SA is available with ported SA-MP client (for example, all three mobile ports to Android, iOS and Windows Phone has exactly 1.76 in their weapon.dat files for all melee weapons, except shovel which range remained as 1.6)
  2. All shoot rate changes are done based on real game values
  3. The change for sniper rifle from 100.0 to 200.0 is needed because it has much more far zoom than country rifle has, and thus bullets can his players at longer distances
  4. The change for hit rate of parachute is to make it the same as hit rate for fist, because it's actually same
  5. Some of reload rates were corrected based on in-game tests
