Code Review
This pull request updates how the tool_context is passed to the _require_confirmation callable. The change correctly inspects the callable's signature to conditionally pass the tool_context. I've provided one suggestion to make this logic more efficient by avoiding an unnecessary dictionary copy and to ensure consistent behavior, especially in the exception handling path.
