All consumers of SessionTestSuite have been replaced with an adoption of the JUnit 5 SessionTestExtension. This change removes the obsolete JUnit 3 session test suite and related classes and examples. It also removes the package export of the package that used to contain those classes as the remaining ones are for internal use only. Contributes to eclipse-platform#903
