This PR adds a how-to page titled "Manage other participants in a session" which tells:

Note:
Currently, the page explains procedures for the Web platform. Later the mobile team will add their code snippets in form of partials.
We used partials for the steps of each platform purely for organisational purposes due to the length of the page.
As the content in the same file would have grown a lot once the mobile team added their information.
