Complete overhaul of the Code inbox to match PostHog Cloud's split-pane layout: Layout: - Resizable left pane (report list) + right pane (detail) when reports exist - Full-width empty states with skeleton backdrop when no reports - Loading/error/empty states shown inline, not replacing the whole view - Search disabled with tooltip when no reports exist Signal sources: - Error tracking source with 3 sub-types toggled together - LLM evaluations list replacing non-functional LLM analytics toggle - Evaluations poll every 5s, with Cloud management link - Inline signal source config modal (not navigation to Settings) - GitHub OAuth flow when no integration exists - Per-source optimistic updates and error toasts - Rounded signal source toggle cards Sorting & filtering: - Default sort: status > suggested reviewer > priority (P0 first) - Status multi-select filter in toolbar - Priority as default sort option Report display: - Suggested reviewers section with GitHub links - Blue badge on cards for suggested reviewer reports - Signal cards matching Cloud's "Product · Type" wording - Source-specific cards for error tracking, GitHub, Zendesk, LLM analytics Empty states: - Welcome state with graphs-hog in overlay - Warming-up state with explorer-hog in overlay - "Select a report" prompt when reports exist but none selected
