Code Review

This pull request significantly improves the documentation for the wp sidebar command. The added details, options, common fields, and extensive examples make the documentation much more comprehensive and user-friendly. The inclusion of common use cases and best practices is particularly valuable for users.

- The `wp_inactive_widgets` sidebar is a special WordPress sidebar where widgets can be placed but won't be displayed on the site
- Sidebar IDs must be unique within a WordPress installation
- Sidebars are typically registered in theme `functions.php` files using `register_sidebar()`
- Different themes may have different sidebar configurations

It's a good practice to end all text files with a newline character. This helps with consistency and avoids potential issues with some tools or version control systems.

Command docs are generated from original command package. For example this doc you are changing comes from https://github.com/wp-cli/widget-command/blob/main/src/Sidebar_Command.php
