I need it to have my own branch adapting webpack-cli to use plugin support, so to rule out errors from upgrading to version 7, I’m doing it in a separate PR.

Yep, on it. I think the most important change besides that would be chokidar, which I’ll look into later.

It’s just that the CI is pretty slow, another day on GitHub.
