Upped JVM ram to 1Gb from 256Mb, as youtrack was complaining that it didn't have enough. Also altered port to 8000, as the rest of the docker container was using this, rather than port 80.

Was finding that Youtrack wouldn't launch due to lack of ram as it was, and also was using the wrong port (80 vs 8000), which meant it was a little broken.
I also added a script, deploy.sh, to save on typing when running for the first time.
