Adds json2sql-cli to the Relational Databases section alongside dataset.
json2sql-cli converts JSON files and API responses to SQL schemas and INSERT statements for SQLite, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. It complements dataset (which stores Python dicts in a database) by providing a CLI-first approach for JSON-to-SQL conversion.
