Added the following features to Valheim Plus : - Eitr Refinery Added to Smelter logic. - Possibility to change maximum amount of Soft Tissue & Sap in Eitr Refinery. - Possibility to change production speed of Refined Eitr. - AutoDeposit for Soft Sittue. - AutoFuel for Sap. - Possibility to prevent using resources for Eitr Refinery from warded areas. - Range Detector for AutoDeposit and AutoFuel.
The verification was made on the wrong Configuration section.

This adds the Eitr Refinery to ValheimPlus, allowing to configure several settings.
This takes into account autoDeposit and autoFuel features.
This pull request requires #793 to work reliably with latest patch.
