このようなものを表す際にbioということばはよく使われますが、profileということばはあまり使われないかと思います。
profileということばは、今回のような文脈で使う場合には、単一の文章というよりも個人情報のまとまりを表すことばとして使われるかと思います。
辞書でもそのように述べられています。cf. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/profile
a collection of personal details about oneself that one curates and shares on an online platform (such as a blog or a social media service)
実際に、InstagramのUIでも、自己紹介の文章のことをbioと呼んでおり、profile picture, username, bioなどを表す総称をprofileと呼んでいます。（この例を作る際にInstagramのUIを参考にしちゃってはいますが💦）

profileの方がわかりやすいのではないか。
