我覺得 Pile 就是那種很會寫 indie rock anthem 的樂團，但近期有點太執著在寫一些比較軟的歌了。這張有找回他們一開始的 post-hardcore 味，像是 "Deep Clay" 前面 90% 都很好聽，最後面急轉直下變成一點也不和諧的旋律跟和弦。最後一首 "Carrion Song" 結尾的弦樂感覺好像方大同的歌⋯
