This tooltip is keyboard-accessible and does not disrupt the tabbing order. The tooltip appears when its trigger is focused or hovered. It is hidden both visually and from the screenreader until it is triggered. It's not fully accessible because Esc does not dismiss the tooltip, and the screenreader will not announce the content on hover without JavaScript (at least to the best of my knowledge). I don't know a ton about accessibility but I am trying to learn, so hopefully this turned out OK!
