Use a published AWS SDK BOM version
This sets the imported AWS SDK BOM to 2.46.0, but Maven Central currently lists the published software.amazon.awssdk:bom versions only up through 2.45.1 for the 2.45 line. Because this dependency is imported in the parent POM, any Maven build has to resolve it before reading the child modules, so the project will fail during model resolution rather than compiling or testing.
