Poetry 2.x lockfile incompatible with CI's Poetry 1.5.1

The lockfile was regenerated with Poetry 2.2.1 (lock-version 2.1, per-package groups/markers), but .github/workflows/ci.yml installs Poetry 1.5.1 in all three jobs. Poetry 1.5.1 cannot parse the 2.1 lock format, so poetry install will likely fail after merge, breaking compile, test, and publish CI.
