Audit and improve title/description frontmatter across English MDX pages so each page has a unique, descriptive title under 60 characters and a unique description between 130–160 characters.

OpenAPI operation pages (under
*/endpoints/**andwebhooks/events/**) were left untouched: all operations inopenapi/admin.ymlandopenapi/application.ymlalready supply adescription, so adding frontmatter would override the spec-provided metadata. Spanish (es/) pages were not edited — they are regenerated from the English source by the Lingo translation workflow onmain.
