WalkthroughThis PR updates docs/troubleshooting.mdx with new troubleshooting entries: a note that database connections must use IPv4 (with a link to upvote IPv6 support) and guidance for the COULD_NOT_FIND_EXECUTOR error when triggering tasks caused by dynamic imports. The COULD_NOT_FIND_EXECUTOR section includes two example approaches: using a top-level import of the child task before triggering, and using batch.triggerAndWait without importing the task. | If you see a `COULD_NOT_FIND_EXECUTOR` error when triggering a task via `batchTrigger` or `batchTriggerAndWait`, it may be caused by dynamically importing the child task. When tasks are dynamically imported, the executor may not be properly registered. |

I don't think it matters if its batch trigger or regular single triggering

I hadn't been able to reproduce this with regular single triggering, but i 'finally' got the error with single triggering as well
