hmmm the min might make sense but the max seems illogical? like

Yeah I don't feel strongly on the max tbh, it made sense as an opposite to the minimum but I agree not so much considering vrgda logic |

This PR introduces a
BoundedVRGDAcontract, which adds a simpleminprice toVRGDA.It can be used to prevent sale price going to 0, regardless of decay.
