The service uses only basic Express patterns that haven't changed across 4.x. Upgrade is fine.

Snyk's had 2.9.3 version for tfgrid-api-client in lcok file which was wrong

chore(activation-service): upgrade pino, jsonschema, http-errors
a408a96 
- pino: 6.11.3 → 6.14.0
- jsonschema: 1.4.0 → 1.5.0
- http-errors: 1.8.0 → 1.8.1

All minor/patch bumps. Tested locally — app loads, routing, validation,
error handling, and logging all work correctly.

Consolidates Snyk PRs #1032, #1033, #1034 which conflicted after #1031
was merged.
