Removed config.yaml removal steps

Summary

This PR updates the troubleshooting documentation for removing cache folders in Syncfusion Code Studio. The changes simplify the resolution steps and improve the document structure for better user experience.

Changes Made

1. Remove config.yaml Removal Step (Commit: e4e8e47)

• Removed: Entire "Step 1: Delete the config.yaml File" section
• Impact: Simplified the troubleshooting process by removing the config.yaml deletion requirement
• Rationale: The config.yaml file deletion step was unnecessary for resolving app corruption issues

Details:

• Removed Windows path instructions for config.yaml deletion
• Removed macOS path instructions for config.yaml deletion
• Removed associated images (cache-image.png, cache-image-mac.png references)
• Updated subsequent step numbering (Step 2 → Step 1)

2. Changed Side Headings (Commit: dda4c8f)

• Modified: Document heading structure for better organization
• Changes:
  • Simplified main heading from "Resolution Steps: Steps to Delete the Cache Folders" to "Resolution Steps"
  • Changed "After Deleting Cache Folders" from a top-level heading (##) to a sub-heading (###) as "Step 2"
  • Updated text from "Once you've completed both steps:" to "Once you've completed above step:" to reflect the single-step process
