Description

Updated the Getting Started – Blazor Web App section. Completed:
Toast, Toggle Switch Button, Toolbar, Tooltip, TreeGrid, TreeMap, TreeView
Simplified the package installation steps to make setup easier.
Added clear steps to open a Razor file and include the component with the correct render mode.
Also added simple steps to run the application for a better user experience.
