Description

Currently we insinuate that building stackablectl on Windows is possible, but we offer no pre-built binaries.
Last we looked, compiling stackablectl for Windows presented itself as effectively impossible (#92 (comment)) - so we should say so in the docs.

I looked at the rest of the file and that seemed to use linebreaks at 80 characters, so I did that as well.
