Creating a new SecureRandom instance on every call causes unnecessary performance overhead. This change: - Deprecates BCrypt.gensalt(String, int) method - Modifies BCryptPasswordEncoder constructors to create and reuse SecureRandom instances - Maintains backward compatibility All existing tests pass.
