- Delete CONTRIBUTING.md
- Remove Contribution Guide section and CONTRIBUTING link from README.md
- Remove contributing reference from MAINTAINERS.md
- Remove 'raise an issue in contentctl GitHub' from conf_output.py exception
- Remove commented GitHub issues reference from inspect.py
- Remove PR-related comments from Sample_CICD_Templates.md
