I create a copy of
enfolder, renamed it totrand made translation on that.This pr provides Turkish translations only for the tutorials section, since I've been warned for a major docs rewrite.
There are some translation decisions that i can't decide alone, so I need a feedback from Turkish speaking members of community. Especially on the question: should we translate some terms or leave them as they are if we consider their common usages? For example "component", "array", "wrap", "reactivity" etc. For now, I translated them in the way that felt most natural to me.
