Summary

• Roll up the open Dependabot updates from chore(deps): bump solana-account from 3.4.0 to 4.3.0 #48, chore(deps): bump pinocchio-token-2022 from 0.2.0 to 0.3.1 #50, chore(deps): bump pinocchio from 0.10.2 to 0.11.1 #52, chore(deps): bump pinocchio-system from 0.5.0 to 0.6.1 #54, chore(deps): bump pinocchio-associated-token-account from 0.3.0 to 0.4.0 #55, chore(deps-dev): bump @codama/renderers-js from 1.7.0 to 2.2.0 #60, and chore(deps-dev): bump @codama/renderers-rust from 1.2.9 to 3.1.0 #61.
• Update Pinocchio crates and Codama JS/Rust renderers together.
• Keep the Rust fetch client on the stable Solana RPC-compatible solana-account 3.x line via solana-account ~3.4.
• Use solana-rpc-client directly because generated Rust fetch helpers reference solana_rpc_client::rpc_client::RpcClient.
• Drop the stale optional solana-client dependency and remove the generated Rust fetch account-type postprocess from scripts/generate-clients.ts.
• Adjust Pinocchio 0.11 AccountView mutation call sites and Codama renderer package-folder usage.
