Paths in nr_cluster_seq-prot-metadata.json contain a superfluous fragment '/export/home/blastadm/clustered_nr_ftp/db/' that deceive aria2c. Add another sed command to edit the paths correspondingly.

This sounds like an issue to fix on the NCBI side. I wrote the blast helpdesk an email. Let's see what they say |
