Description
Removes the first sentence from the Notice callout on the Smart Value Recapture (SVR) Feeds page.
The removed sentence stated that prospective SVR Feed users must fill out a signup form before integration. The remaining Notice content still preserves the developer responsibility, Chainlink SVR expectation, Developer Responsibilities, and Terms of Service disclosures.
