Summary
Adds
node_job_infosubmitter address coverage for CCIP and CCV executor jobs in node platform telemetry. This wires relayer-backed keystore lookup into
NodePlatformJobInfoand emits:ccip:transmitterKeysfor CCIP plugin-oracle jobsccvexecutor:fromAddressesfor CCV executor jobsFor CCIP, emission is limited to the effective transmit account used by the runtime path (
transmitterKeys[relayID][0]) and skips bootstrap-only jobs, since those do not submit product on-chain transactions. For CCV executor jobs, emission uses the configured executor chain selectors to resolve EVM chain IDs and emits the enabled from-addresses used by the executor round-robin submitter path.
