heer is a bookmarklet + a link submission URL + an RSS feed

PREREQUISITE

- PHP5
- PDO_SQL (should come with PHP5)
- allow_url_fopen must be set in php.ini

INSTALLATION

1- copy the heer tree somewhere in your DocumenRoot
2- give read/write access on heer.db to everybody (don't forget the parent dir)
3- change URLs in the home page heer/index.php according to your needs
4- change the seed string in the seed file (your pet's name would be a good choice)
