Thanks for the change. BranchProvisioning were always a 1:1 mapping to the Branch model. So it makes to remove the redundancy and merge them into Branch model 👍

Removes unused resource endpoints and logic. Testing against this revealed uses of the old endpoints that were not working as intended.
The test failures don't seem to be related to the changes in this PR.
