New iterable Lists destination

Can we replace the doc at this location: https://github.com/twilio-internal/docs/pull/6053 with the content in this PR please?

I am updating the doc for the iterable lists destination as follows:

1. It will now refer to a different Actions Destination. We decided to abandon the first version of the iterable lists destination in private beta. There's only one customer using it and they will be migrated to the newer version. Note that I've changed the folder name this doc is located in.
2. The ID for the new destination is 699d9d9b1cf82fb3d614db02.
3. Please make this doc publicly available. We're moving to public beta with this new version quickly.
4. The name of the new version integration is Iterable Lists (Actions).
5. There are some new settings and the destination works in a slightly different way - so I took the opportunity to update the contents of this doc.
