This did not fix the issue. Suggest instead of using pip install -e . to install sapmap in editable mode (thus symlinking it into the global namespace to make its code accessible to sphinx to build its api docs), to add sapmap to the python path in the container environment.

One possibility is to set PYTHONPATH directly when running the doc build action, if that's the only step that needs it
