Scryfall recently (I believe?) started enforcing the requirement to send User-Agent and Accept headers when fetching via API: https://scryfall.com/docs/faqs/i-m-having-trouble-accessing-the-scryfall-api-or-i-m-blocked-17
That causes fetches via the scryfall formula to fail. This PR adds explicit User-Agent and Accept headers to UrlFetchApp.fetch when querying Scryfall. It's a generic header that identifies it's using this project to fetch.
