This PR fixes #10
The PR aims to resolve issues with sleeping when using the "Too Many Attempts" limiter by introducing a new function which you can extend to add on modifiers like
sleep()- it also allows you to customise the limiter in a more expressive way.If you are using
sleep()on the limiter, the PR will also detect the 429 limit and then re-send the request triggering the rate limit sleep to happen.
