This PR adds support for Laravel Pulse so that slow Saloon requests appear in the "Slow Outgoing Requests" card:
HttpclientThe Integration is largely similar to that of Telescope, there's slightly less work to do as Pulse isn't as in depth as Telescope with what it stores.
