Operator disposition from Fable-campaign archive-confirm review: ResumeEvolver was lifecycle_state: active/weekly but flagged stale in the GHRA dossier. Move to maintenance/monthly (intended_disposition: maintain unchanged) to match the maintenance cohort convention. Other 16 archive-confirm candidates already at their target dispositions; agent-bridge-launch left uncatalogued per operator.
