This PR updates the Nix derivation to install and expose the main skribe CLI alongside skribe-simulation, making skribe installable via kup.

@bbyalcinkaya With skribe being added to kup, we also want to start pushing skribe to our nix caches k-framework and k-framework-binary in CI. I will submit a separate PR for this.
