Update Flip Smart - Improvements for Flip Suggestions

This is mostly UI improvements to the Flip Finder panel with better tracking of active flips between game sessions.

Changes

• Redesigned the Flip Finder panel layout with more consistent and better fitting elements.
• Provided more details with the active flips such as liquidity, risk score, progress fills, etc.
• Plugin now stores preferred flip styles in the config so it persists between client sessions.
• Got rid of ghost refreshes and also allowed users to refresh new suggestions.
• General clean up of the Flip Finder code so it is more readable.
