Fix thread safety issues, claimed wave persistence, and UI improvements

This update addresses several critical bugs and adds UI polish:

Critical Fixes:

• Fixed item names displaying as IDs instead of names (thread safety issue with ItemManager calls)
• Fixed claimed waves disappearing after leaving the arena (account hash timing and panel refresh)
• Fixed ghost data appearing before login (config timing issue)
• Fixed death cost updates breaking item name display

Technical Changes:

• Refactored panel update architecture to properly handle ItemManager calls on client thread
• Added account hash validation before panel refresh to prevent pre-login data display
• Implemented thread-safe data fetching pattern (fetch all data first, then update UI)

UI Improvements:

• Added "Profit/Loss:" header to summary section
• Improved stat alignment (moved death count below death costs)
• Added visible separators between sections
• Bottom-aligned reset button for better layout

All changes maintain backward compatibility with existing user data.
