What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
#1432 broke the remote search for person and org when adding an affiliation.
How did you approach the change?
As a quick fix, this reverts affiliation fields files. It looks like mostly minor UI changes so I do know know the root cause. Any intended UI changes can be added back in the future.
