Move Resource description above the photo on show

• Move resource description (rhino_body) above title and hero photo
• Add conditional rendering for description (only shows if present)
• Maintain consistent styling

Done! I've moved the workshop description (rhino_extra_field) above the hero photo. The description now appears first, before the large hero image.

Changes in commit 0c7cbd9:

• Moved description from _show_body.html.erb to _show_header.html.erb
• Description now displays before the hero photo instead of after it
