The SOFIE (System for Optimized Fast Inference code Emit) module was previously undocumented in the official TMVA User's Guide. This commit creates documentation/tmva/UsersGuide/SOFIE.tex based on the module's README and integrates it into TMVAUsersGuide.tex following the PyMVA section.
