This is basically exactly ProbablePrime's version that completely avoids calling into the existing handler.
The only difference from his is I marked DefaultExceptionHandler as private.
I'm still not 100% sure how we get rid of the Unity piece of this in a non-silently breaking way given how often people probably update just steamworks.net and not touch their integration (ala SteamManager) at all, but this lets us deal with that seperately.
