Major version bump breaks legacy ESLint config format

Bumping eslint-config-next from 15 to 16 is a breaking change. Version 16 switched to ESLint flat config format and removed @rushstack/eslint-patch, but the project still uses a legacy .eslintrc.json with "extends": ["next/core-web-vitals", "next/typescript"] and has no eslint.config.js. This will cause linting to fail entirely. Additionally, the project runs Next.js 15 ("next": "^15.5.11"), creating a version mismatch with @next/eslint-plugin-next 16.1.6.
